Gourmets appreciate the talents of chef de cuisine, Hans Sobotka, and enjoy his 'Grande cuisine aromatique' in the repeatedly-distinguished restaurant Endtenfang, one of the finest restaurants in Lower Saxony.

The ‘Grande cuisine’, the great, classic French cuisine, is a craft which Hans Sobotka treats with utmost dedication. He enriches it with light Mediterranean influences, and, aside from the skill of correct handling and perfect preparation, the most important factor is the hand-picked ingredients. Only the best — that is the standard of quality.

Preference is given to the current season in the careful selection of that which the market has to offer. The maxim of Hans Sobotka: The precious ingredients and the refinement of their original taste are always in the forefront.
