Kitchen chef, Helmut Griebl, will show you the secrets of simple, hearty, but ingenious and diverse cuisine of the Italian housewife: ‘Cucina casalinga’ — traditional specialities of the regional daily kitchen, according to original recipes — which the Palio Taverna & Trattoria at Fürstenhof Celle has made so popular.
The most important ingredient is the use of absolutely fresh, high-quality products and precious olive oils, indispensable in the Mediterranean kitchen and scientifically proven to be the most healthy way of nutrition with a balanced relationship between carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, and trace elements.
