Mental Match Play Holiday
Profit from the innovative "Mental Match Play"! The "Mental Match Play" is a self-coaching programme by the European Tennis Academy that combines the latest developments regarding technical and mental aspects. It is an integrated learning method that incorporates body and soul into the training. Rather than requirements and commandos, one focuses on the concentrated awareness of body, ball and racket. And the aspects that are focused on will also be the aspects that are improved.

This week-long course is a basic course for all skill levels in order to have fun and to improve your skills with like-minded people. You will train 2 h a day on 5 week days. 10 h Mental Match Play training in the Mental Match Play Centre Celle with max 4 persons per group and instructor.
