The "Mental Match Play" is a self-coaching programme by the European Tennis Academy that combines the latest developments regarding technical and mental aspects. It is an integrated learning method that incorporates body and soul into the training. Rather than requirements and commandos, one focuses on the concentrated awareness of body, ball and racket. And the aspects that are focused on will also be the aspects that are improved.
