CHEF DE CUISINE HOLGER LUTZ AND HIS TEAM INVITE YOU TO A TRADITIONAL Goose Dinner

Chef de cuisine Holger Lutz and his team will spoil you with exclusive specialties from the goose, served in 5 courses:


  • Extract of goose with pumpkin, beetroot and cep ravioli
  • Oldenburg goose roasted in an oven with cidrejus, baked apple, two kinds of cabbage and pistachio dumplings
  • Greek yoghurt with iced foam and a mandarin soup
  • Goose leg with calamansi vinegar, pointed cabbage, asparagus and beech mushrooms
  • Opéra bar with blood orange, cashew nuts and passion fruit ice cream


The goose menu in 5 courses including aperitif with small delicacies, accompanying wines, mineral water and coffee for 105,00 Euro per person.

Children up to 14 years 40,00 Euro including drinks on request, children up to 6 free.
